Align the pipe cleaner circle back in with the rest of the pipe cleaner (1).

Glue the cardstock circle onto the pipe cleaner circle (2).

After the glue drys, gently pull the pipe cleaner circle and the opposite end apart, to form the cornucopia shape (3).
