Step 2
From one end of the pipe cleaner, tightly circle the pipe cleaner around itself, without overlapping (1).
(The loose end is marked with an "X" (2).)
Cut out a circle 1.5 inch in diameter from the cardstock.
Take the "X" end of the pipe cleaner, and wrap it around the cardstock to form a circle the same size as the cardstock circle (3).
Remove the cardstock circle, then twist the end of the pipe cleaner around itself to form a circle (4).
