Thread about 1 inch of the pipe cleaner through one of the holes in the felt petal (1).

Bend the pipe cleaner around (2) and thread through the second hole (3).

Twist the end of the pipe cleaner around itself until the felt petal is secured to the pipe cleaner (4).
