Step 4
Add a large petal to the pipe cleaner by wrapping the floral tape tightly around. Slightly overlap the second large petal with the first with floral tape. Continue doing this until all four large petals are attached. Repeat steps 2 to 4 to make 2-3 large blooms per stem of freesia.
