Felt Rose Flower

Step 1

Print template for rose and cut felt according to template.

OR

Using a plastic lid as a template, cut out a circle of felt about 4 inch diameter.

Then cut a scalloped edge.

Starting from between two scallops, cut a spiral about 1 inch thick.
