Step 3
Now there are 4 layers of felt. Sew along the remaining edge of the circle that had not been sewn yet. Do not sew through the areas that had been sewn in the first step. Thread a ribbon or thick thread through the two ends and tie a knot. This will be used to hang the ornament.
