Print the cosmos template and cut out the template for cosmos petal.Using the template, for each cosmos flower, cut out 2 copies of the petal from the felt.
To cut the small nick in the middle of the petal: fold the petal in half, then make as small a nick as you can with the scissors in the middle of the folded petal.
