Step 4
Continue to make the second layer of the bluebonnet.Put 3 dabs of hot glue on the pipe cleaner, at alternating spaces between and under where the small petals were placed.
Stick the straight edge of a medium petal, tip facing upwards, onto a dab of hot glue, along the pipe cleaner.
Repeat for the other two medium petals.
